The Royal Family; Now on the Social Media

Actually I never thought this would happen because the Danish royal family is not know to embrace modern technology, well more than some royal families, but still I come as a surprise to me but the truth is that the royal family is now on Facebook and Instagram! I think it's great news, something I have been waiting for, for a long time. Now it is a reality. Today, 12:00 pm. local time, the first picture was posted of the Queen in her residence taken by her oldest son Crown Prince Frederik. I can't wait to follow our lovely royal family on their new viral account. Are you ready to join me and other royalists?

European Emergency Medical Services 2016

Crown Princess Mary attended, as patron, the opening of the European Emergency Medical Services 2016 congress which took place at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center in Copenhagen.

European Emergency Medical Services 2016

Along with a 1,000 other participants, scientists and health works etc, from over 36 different countries attended the Crown Princess as patron the opening of the first European Emergency Medical Services 2016 congress (EEMS2016) which took place in the center of Copenhagen at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. They were all gathered in Copenhagen to share stories and experiences to improve care for actuate patients with among other cardiac arrest, stroke and blood clots outside the hospital/on their way to the hospital. Mary was welcomed by the sweetest little girl, Elvira, who a received cardiac arrest when she was 1 year old but she survived because of the outstanding efforts from her nanny, resuscitation, paramedics and hospital. Elvira was the lucky one handing over a bouquet of flowers to the Crown Princess who seemed really happy meeting Elvira. To officially open EEMS2016 congress Mary gave a short speech on the stage in front of the many participants. According to Kongehuset she visited Laerdal Medical focusing on how to save lives followed by a visit at TrygFondens workshop where she was introduced to a AED network. It was with great interested Mary was enlightened about the latest technology that clearly impressed her. It was also with great pleasure the participants talked with the Crown Princess. Before leaving the congress, about an hour or so, later she was also introduced to the capital's brand new ambulances that can play music. Her participation didn't go unnoticed; both national and international press followed her around such as a proud and honored director of the Prehospital Business in the Capital Region, Freddy Lippert who is also the host of the congress, expressed a sincere joy that Mary attended the official opening.

Absolutely thrilled to see her wearing that Ralph Lauren (Blue Label) dress again! I feel in love with it the second she wore it the first time in 2010 when the royal couple visited Arlington National Cemetery. It is such a remarkable dress with a incredible floral print. Like in 2010 she was wearing her stylish Christian Louboutin pumps, a perfect match if you ask me. Two items proving that a classic style is always trendy no matter what time a year it is. A detail about this outfit I have to mention to you is the fact that she is wearing a coral nail polish which seems to be one of her favourite colours right now. The last four events Mary has matched her classy outfit with this significant colour. At first I thought it was red, then pink but after a closer look I have come to the conclusion that it is a coral colour she's wearing as nail polish. Very chic! Another super classic accessory is the jewellery she had chosen; white pearls. Both bracelet and earrings are from Dulong Fine Jewelry and have been worn at multiple occasions - day and night. As bag she wore her beige quilted Chanel bag featuring the iconic chain strap and golden logo. I'm not quite sure it's the exact same model I've shared with you below but maybe you can help me. What I know for sure is that two of her three diamond rings are from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. My number one favourite jewellery brand. I like how she kept her hair light and wavy, not to get overdressed (which I do not think has ever happen for her at any occasion, nor this time). Another wonderful outfit!

Visiting Fændrikhus in Gribskov

Saturday, 29th

Along with Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik visited Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary and their four children Fændrikhus in Gribskov in Esrum Boat tours oldest boat, the 100-year-old Viking. They are all staying at Fredensborg Castle

Boat tour Esrum Lake
In the early 1720s used Frederik IV storerooms lake for fishing appetites. Today the place is known for its boat tours. Around the lake are several places boats can dock where there is opportunity for a picnic or can be used for bigger events which was the case this weekend. The group Nordkystfortællerne has organized a mini festival 'Woodstories''. 19 storytellers from Denmark, Sweden and the Faroe Islands were gathered to take part in the festival. Read more here

Like any other family, parts of the Danish royal family enjoyed the weekend together with a boat tour in Esrum lake near by Fændrikhus in Gribskov where the mini festival Woodstories took place. It was the 100 year old Viking (a boat) which transported the royal family members from A to B followed by another boat -Thor- with four security guards onboard. Like the weather, the family members were in a good mood ready to spend the day together. It was Queen Margrethe, Prince Henrik, their oldest son Crown Prince Frederik, his wife and four children including two dachshunds and a border collie who surprised both organizers, audience and tourists with their visit. According to SN the family really seemed to enjoy the day: Frederik and his father listened to all the stories which was told along with Christian meanwhile Mary used the time to play croquet (seemed to entertain Ziggy as well) with the other kids whom also fished in the lake with Frederik. On their way back to the mainland all their faces expressed that it had been a really good day. Am I the only one who, for a moment, wanted to have been there along with the royal family?

The weather was splendid this weekend. I celebrated my dad on his birthday on Saturday and we spend all day on the terrace all cover by lovely warm sun. I imagine the royal family enjoyed the day as most other Danes that day. Because of the weather, and occasion, Mary was dressed very casual in a white blouse featuring lace details and a pair of new printed trousers. The blouse she has worn at a previous event when she visited Myanmar two year ago but I have never be able to identify it. Still today, I have no idea where to find it. Maybe the blouse could be from the same designer as her trousers? Because on the other hand I managed to find her new printed trousers. These features a significant print of beautiful cranes. Not something we see often; Mary wearing printed trousers with such a... special print. Quickly I learned that this print is designed by Rabens Saloner available in several different colours both as blouses, kimonos and trousers. Unfortunately I didn't manage to find the exact same model as Mary, therefor two links below -one for the colour and one for the model. As the blouse, her hat is a reused one seen at the opening of Garden Living Fair in 2011 and the first day on a official visit in Australia in 2011. Lovely to see it again after so many years! Embracing the summer chic style I think she wore her t-strap Prada sandals and some colourful bracelets. Despite I'm a little surprised by the trousers, I wouldn't mind wearing this outfit on a hot summer day!

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary arrives to the Royal Chapel, Stockholm

So a few days late I'm not ready to give you a complete post from the big christening in Sweden on Friday taking place in the Royal Chapel, Stockholm. It all began at 12:00 pm. local time, my guess is that the Crown Prince Couple arrived to Sweden a few hours before. I haven't really been able to find out exactly when or if they flew or not -my guess is that they did. The couple were welcomed at Swedish royal palace informally not quite ready to attend the christening yet. But they both seemed very happy.

Of course is the arrival not as exciting as the christening taken place a few hours later, not even close to but still I'm pretty interesting in Mary's outfit. Now and then we get to see these pictures taken at their arrival especially are they interesting when they arrive for something like a christening or a wedding because most often Mary is dressed a little different, a little more informal of course I tend to day and the fact that we get to see her hair without any hats or huge feathers hiding it. That is exactly what we did. Arriving to the Swedish royal palace she was dressed in slim trousers and a matching navy blue coat. Unfortunately we only get to see her from behind. As the classy lady she is, she accessorized it with a pair of lovely brown pumps and her caramel Ralph Lauren bag we can only dream of. I just love what I see. Don't you? A shame we did not get a clearer picture of her outfit

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary attends the christening in the Royal Chapel

Shortly before 12:00 pm. local time, all guests started arriving to the royal chapel in Stockholm, Sweden, to attend the first of two christenings this year. It was time for Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Prince Daniel to christen their second child, a son by the name Prince Oscar that looks just like his older sister (!). Guests from near and far were all gathered to celebrate this little fellow who was born in March. Of course attended the Danish Crown Prince Couple as close friends, and family, in the christening. Also because Frederik has been chosen to become Prince Oscar's godfather along with Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway, Princess Madeleine of Sweden (his aunt), Oscar Magnuson (Victoria's cousin) and Hans Åström (Daniel's cousin). As Frederik is now godfather of Prince Oscar, Mary is the godmother for his sister Princess Estelle. Because of this was Mary accompanied by Crown Prince Haakon of Norway and Frederik went with Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway. All four of them seemed really to enjoy each others company. In first row Mary followed the christening next to handsome Crown Prince Haakon who was sitting right next to Prince Carl Philip and his wife Princess Sofia. I don't think you get a better seat than this one. During the christening, the godparents delivered a reading and as a sign of blessing, held their hands above the little Prince. All traditions we do not see at a christening in Denmark. It usual, I think it was a true pleasure watching the ceremony which was followed by a reception and lunch in which the Crown Prince Couple also attended.

Breathtaking as always Mary stunned most of the world's fashion passioned royalists with her edgy  look. It was truly a remarkable outfit. If you adore Mary's usual looks you weren't disappointed by what she wore on Friday at the christening in Stockholm. Right away I thought of Queen Máxima of the Netherlands because of the wide brimmed hat and simple but impressively stylish dress. Because her outfit reminded me so much of something Queen Máxima would wear I immediately started searching the new dress at some of her usual designers or designers matching her style - Natan, Max Mara, L.K. Bennett, Ted Baker etc. Think I tried 25-30 different designers without a single similar design at all. Meanwhile I was in contact with a good friend of mine and we shared thoughts but still, we didn't find a thing. Then suddenly she, Kate, shared with me a dress with a similar print, which I still can't describe (floral?) from Max Mara (Max Mara Elegante). Shortly after she found gold, because Mary's new dress is in fact from Max Mara!! Simply dazzling. As the dress, she wore a lovely black Susanne Juul hat featuring a huge creamy white flower. Both earrings, one of the two bracelets and the ring featuring a black pearl are from talented Dulong Fine Jewelry (former known under the name Marianne Dulong) and with a pair of black pointed pumps from Gianvito Rossi she just amazed me! In the same style as the rest of her outfit she wore a checkered clutch, seen at a few events before this one, but I have never been able to identify it. I once found a similar one at Prada but this has no logo. What's your thoughts? The rather monochrome outfit she spiced up with a grouch of coral nail polish as well as a matching lipgloss. Seriously, what is not to love about it?

As guests I have to make a short comment on a few women that really impressed me:

Princess Sofia's outfit, because *** she looked like a princess! I'm so impressed by the dress she wore, it looks so good on her. It embraces her beautiful figure and gives her a special glove because of the blue colour.

Princess Madeleine because of her chose with the powder pink dress featuring the most incredible sleeves I have ever seen. Gorgeous looking was she wearing that huge flower in her hair.

Congratulations Crown Prince Frederik!!!

The flag is raised because we are celebration Denmark's future king, Crown Prince Frederik who, today, turns 48 years old. Hooray! I will admit that I am not old enough to remember Frederick's early years nor childhood, unfortunately, but for the last 12-13 years I have followed his life as much as his wife's. Like his grandfather, King Frederik 9., he is truly loved by the Danes as well as the rest of the world for his calm manner and charming person. Yes, he is indeed a wonderful man. I believe many of us understand why Mary feel in love with him. What better way to celebrate him than  purchasing this. I can't wait to read it. On behalf of Styleofmary and all its readers I wish Frederik a happy birthday!

Free of Bullying Launched in Nurseries and Daycares

Tuesdays, May 24th

Crown Princess Mary attended the presentation of the Mary Foundation's anti-bullying project Free of Bullying in nurseries and daycares. The launching happened in Vallensbæk Beach.

The Mary Foundation and their Free of Bullying-project
Free of Bullying (Fri for Mobberi) was launched back in 2007, created by the Mary Foundation and Save the Children (Red Barnet). The projects results preventing bullying has also led to an international interested. Then in 2011 they launched the program internationally under the name Free of Bullying which have helped children in Greenland, Estonia and Island. Like the Mary Foundation, and Mary herself, the Free of Bullying project has been a huge success both in Denmark and abroad. Till today the project was created to the children of the age of kindergarten and pre-school, now it was taken to the next level: nurseries and daycares a little younger audience than what it has previously been. Free of Bullying is developed in collaboration of the Mary Foundation and Save the Children (Red Barnet) which both were represented at the launching taking place in Vallensbæk municipality. As the first municipality in Denmark, so far, Vallensbæk use project in every day's. The sun was shining when Mary around noon arrived to the nursery Sydstjernen where she was welcomed like a Queen by lots of children, Secretary General of Save the Children Jonas Keiding Lindholm and Major Henrik Rasmussen. Inside Mary sat down on a pillow on the floor enjoying some time with all the lovely children who all seemed very interested in this strange new woman with the dark hair. Along with the kids she was singing, dancing and playing with some of the tools from the anti bullying program especially the little purple Free of Bullying-teddy bear was really popular. Mary played along and had a really good time I think interacting with the kids. To me it seems like the most incredible atmosphere. Mary is literally just sitting on the floor paying attention to the kids and nothing else. I imagine her as a mother just like this. The brilliant weather gave an opportunity for all of them to enjoy some time with the Crown Princess out site on the playground. Grounded as always I think it was a great day for everybody. She also paid a visit to the daycare Stien just across the street where she was one more time welcomed by lots of excited children who all wanted a glimpse of the Crown Princess.

Mary just keep surprising me. Over and over again I think we see some outfits that are stylish, innovative and of course extremely beautiful. I know I keep saying that ever time but it's really what gets to me every single time I see new pictures of her. As always she amazed me with today's outfit. Simple and gracefully. I know for sure this is an outfit I will try out with the pair of similar trousers I have in my own wardrobe. Because that was exactly what she wore; a pair of brand new trousers featuring a significant white pattern. My gut told me that is had to be from Julie Fagerholt Heartmade, so I began searching and suddenly they appeared on my screen in the exact same colour with the same pattern. Finally I was right about something. As easy as it was for me to made a guess about the trousers, as troubled have I been trying to figure out where the new white blazer is from. She has worn a white blazer before, here, but it accrue not to be the same. So girls, any ideas? I've tried Zara, Massimo Dutti, By Malene Birger and Ganni. Matching the pattern of her trousers and white blazer she wore a plane white blouse. Can't really tell anything about it. Shoes are much more interest. A a pair of navy blue suede wedges I believe is a reuse, here & here & here. Unfortunately have these never really been ID'd. Some says L.K. Bennett and some says Christian Louboutin. I have claimed both but is not sure about any of them. I founded one at a brand called Bandolino which looks quite similar as well. What have you hear about these? I kinda love them pretty much. She added jewellery from Dulong Fine Jewelery to sparkle on a sunny day.

Day 4: The Women Deliver Conference 2016 - Final Day

Tuesday, May 19th

Crown Princess Mary attended as patron the last day with the 4th Women Deliver Conference 2016 in Bella Center, Copenhagen.

The Women Deliver 2016 Conference
From May 16-19th is the worlds largest international conference on girls and women's health, rights, and well-being held in Denmark. This is the Women Deliver Conference 2016 which Crown Princess Mary is patron of. With a focus on how to implement the Sustainable Development Goals and subjects as maternal and reproductive for girls and women, 5,500 representatives from 169 different nations are gathered in Copenhagen. Read more about the conference here.

Program: Copenhagen
  • 3:00 pm. Crown Princess Mary attended the Closing of Conference: Be the Change You Want to See.

It has been four really long days for Mary and the 5,500 attendances who have participated in the 4th Women Deliver Conference 2016 which have taken place in Bella Center in Copenhagen this year. As patron of the conference Mary has had a lot to do. She has met so many people, heard different stories and had the chance to met foundations and organizations working for girls and women all over the world. Along with Denmark, are representatives gathered from 169 different countries all to share knowledge on who to improve girls and women's rights, health and well-being. Before attending the final event of the conference, she joined a few meeting with among others Birgitte Handwerk who is a fundraiser for the organization Orchid Project, fighting to stop female genital mutilation. Mary also met the Belgian artist Kity Mbiango. Some of his women's portraits were exhibited at the Bella Center as Mary experienced herself when she was given a guided tour by the artist. At 3:00 pm. local time, was it time for Mary and all the participants to close the conference, the best possible way. This was done with lots of sining, dancing and happy faces. Along with Princess Mabel of the Netherlands, Mary danced in first row and enjoyed artists entertaining on the big stage. It is really just lovely to see all these people sining and dancing. I can't imagine a better way ending such as successful 4th Women Deliver Conference and celebrate the life of girls and women.

As successful as the conference I think her outfits the last four days have been nothing else than a true success. The final day was no exception at all. Looking gorgeous in a bright blue dress, Mary amazed me with what she had chosen to wear. I'm pretty sure we have seen the combination of the blue dress and that emerald green brooch before: on March 10th 2015 when she attended both 8th Public Private Dialogue Workshop 2015 and a painting exhibition with the Home Guard. So what do you say? -is she actually wearing the same combo? These two colours, blue and green, compliment each other really really well. Makes both colours stand out beautifully. I have never been able to find out about neither dress or brooch but if you have some idea who could have designed two pieces I would love to hear from you. Maybe your idea leads me to the one we are looking for. In another wonderful brown colour, she added her lester tote bag from Ralph Lauren, a classic and outstanding accessory I never get tired of. She also stunned me with the other accessories she had chosen: a golden Cartier watch, diamond studs as well as three diamond rings from among others Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. Love her curly hair which makes a great match to the rest of her outfit. What shoes she is wearing? -well I don't know. Unfortunately, I haven't found any pictures showing them.

I really want to thank you for following the Women Deliver Conference 2016 with me here at Styleofmary. It has been a honor to share all of it with you girls! Keep up everything good about your life as a girl and woman.

Mixed News

Last Thursday on May 12th, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary hosted a dinner for the international galley owners from Art Basel in Frederik VIII's Palace, Amalienborg, in Copenhagen, here. Before the dinner, Frederik showed the special invited guests around and told all about the art work decorating the walls in Frederik VIII's Palace which were made when the palace was renovated. Mary was dressed beautifully in an emerald green Prada dress and nude pumps. As always, perfectly dressed!

About a week ago or so, appeared a new picture of Mary and the twins on Instagram or this is where I spotted it. Either is Mary taken the twins to or from daycare on the family's special bike, I would even tend to say it has become a characteristic for the Crown Prince Couple picking up their children from daycare on this bike. This time she was caught on camera with a happy smile on her face dressed casual in a striped blouse and slim black trousers. Her hair was loose and her eyes protected by classy black Prada shades. A lovely picture!

Recently Mary visited one of the world's poorest countries Burkina Faso along with Foreign Minister Kristian Jensen to see for herself what she has been working with over the last seven years: a world with more equality for girls and women. To follow her on this journey was for me very special, like something we had never seen before despite this is just one of many abroad visits. So when I discovered that a camera crew had followed her in Burkina Faso I was thrilled, no better way for her to tell all about her experiences. Then the day before yesterday Crown Princess Mary's Mission was broadcasted on Danish TV. Mary talks about her trip and why it's so important for her to continue fighting for gender equality. I would recommend you to watch the broadcast, I was moved by what I saw. I'm sure you will too.

Crown Princess Mary attending the Women Deliver Conference 2016

Despite how early it was, Mary was ready to attend one more day with the 4th Women Deliver Conference 2016 hosted by Denmark this year. It is something we have waited for the last year or so and now the conference is soon over, but not quite yet. We still have one days left, May 19th, before it all ends. The first two days have been great and maybe a little overwhelming to especially Mary who, as you know, is patron of the conference. It has been, so far, three busy days for the patron. She has attended numerous sessions, participated in workshops, spoken at all kinds of events and met a lot of people all representing each and their area. Along with the 5,500 attendances, I think Mary has had some quite interesting days with lots of inspiration and new networks for future collaboration. It is a subject with so many different aspects, which requires both time and commitment to work with -something she certainly has done over the last 7 years working in Denmark but also abroad. She was among others recently in Burkina Faso where she saw with their own eyes what she is fighting for: a world with more equality for girls and women. Which there has been made a poignant broadcast about called Crown Princess Mary's Mission, which was shown yesterday on Danish TV, where she talks about her journey in Burkina Faso and how important it is that we continue to fight for gender equality. On this, the third day, Mary began her day already at 6:50 am. local time meeting with Amplify Change. From that moment she arrived, her day was packed with places to be and people to speak with. She also accompanied her husband when he, as IOC member, spoke at DIF/IOC side event, such as they wrote on Women Deliver for Good Signing Wall together. Another busy day with Women Deliver.

With yesterday's outfit I expected way more than what we got, not that I do not like her outfit because I really do (!), but yesterday's look was to me more than splendid. Maybe my expectations are too high? But on the third day she was classy dressed in a combo we have seen a few times before, but it works really well with that white pleated blouse from Prada (found by Heaven) and paisley JOSEPH skirt. Gives me a happy feeling of summer when she is wearing that skirt. So this she matched with her beloved grey python pumps from Gianvito Rossi. Think she was one of her first pair of Gianvito Rossi shoes, clearly remember when I confused tried to identify them which I actually did and from then we have seen her multiple times in these lovely pumps. Embracing the modern style she had chosen some incredible pieces of jewellery; golden earrings from Dulong Fine Jewellery featuring a large white pearl, one of her diamond bracelets matching the rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen and of course a bracelet from the same designer as the earrings. To keep track on time, Mary wore her expensive golden Cartier watch. What we know have left is the dazzling beige leather tote which of course is one of her Prada bags. An energetic and polish look that works every single time!

Crown Princess Mary attending the culture evening in Tivoli

Around 7 o'clock, it was finally time for the Crown Princess to attend the days last event: a culture evening in Tivoli, Copenhagen. An event all 5,500 participants of the Women Deliver Conference 2016 were invited to attend just like Mary. Despite she had been on the go all day long, Mary was in a brilliant mood. The participants from 169 different countries all over the world got the chance to see for themselves what a country Denmark is and meet some of the Danish organizations working to makes life better for girls and women, also abroad. Among other were KVINFO and the Mothers Help represented ready to tell all about their work. Along with Foreign Minister Kristian Jensen, enjoyed Mary one more evening meeting a lot of new people, even some she has met at a previous occasion in her everyday work as Crown Princess of Denmark trying to me Denmark even better. With this major event in Tivoli ended a successful day for Mary. Only one more day left and everything she helped planning is over.

Unfortunately we only have very few pictures from her last attendance in Tivoli where she was present at the culture evening along with the 5,500 special invited participants of the conference. Luckily I was able to find enough to get a glimpse of her outfit, which I already love! The reason is simple, because that checkered kimono is one amazing statement piece I adore! She wore it for the first time when she was interviewed in Berlingske, a Danish newspaper, on violence against women. So far I haven't been able to identify the checkered kimono, do you have any idea who could be the designer? National as international, I would like to hear your thoughts. A little untraditionally she wore it with a thin snake skin belt but a pretty nice combo anyway. With loose hair, a natural but stylish makeup she adore me with a pair of Jewlscph earrings and the other jewellery from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen and Dulong Fine Jewelry. My guess about her wearing black trousers and black pumps was correct, that was exactly what she did. I believe the pumps are from SAND Copenhagen but really it's juts a guess. After all she has many pairs of black pumps very similar to each other. To me it looks like her SAND pumps.

Crown Princess Mary attending events at the Women Deliver Conference 2016

From early morning, patron of the Women Deliver Conference 2016, Crown Princess Mary was on the go to attend another day at the international conference on girls and women's health, right and well-being. Shortly before Mary arrived, Princess Benedikte attended an early meeting where she gave a speech and listed interested to everything that was told. She showed full support and made it clear that it must be more than just words and intentions, now is the time to make a difference. Words that could have come from Mary herself. When Mary arrived to the Belle Centre the two royal women met briefly before Mary had leave for another event expecting her presents. The first event she attended was the Morning Plenary: A Girl's and Women's Lens on the SDG's which Princess Benedikte later followed with great interest. During the day she was present at several events; Healthy Women, Healthy Economics, Women empower business where she also gave a speech and Tough talks - a 21th century agenda for SRHR. After a long day, meeting hundreds of activists, politicians, leaders form foundations and organizations her day wasn't finished yet. Around 4:00 pm. local time Mary gave a strong speech at Christiansborg Castle which caught everybody's attention as always on occasion of the photo exhibition #Childmothers. The exhibition is focusing on girls becoming a mother before the age of 15. Strong as her speech was the exhibition and made a great impression on the Crown Princess who took the time to admire the pictures of the young mothers. The photos are taken by photographer Pieter ten Hoopen and journalist Sofia Klemming Nordenskiöld in among others Bangladesh, Zambia and Burkina Faso.

Strong and powerful was Mary dressed in long trousers and a feminine jacket. A rather masculine outfit but with a feminine touch. I think we saw some quite interesting pieces at yesterday's look, first of all the combination of the Julie Fagerholt Heartmade (Winter Holliday 2015) trousers and the black peplum jacket is strong in my memory when I think back. I am thrilled she's wearing the trousers again, I'm sure you remember them from when she attended Copenhagen Fashion Week 2016. The amazing thing about her look is differently her new black wrap jacket. First it was believed that she has worn it at a previous event but with the help from Heaven it has now been found at the brand Scanlan Theodore and brand Mary has worn once before in 2013 at a birthday party in Norway. Huge thanks to Heaven for her help identifying the jacket! Like the classy and sophisticated woman she is, she wore a pair of black suede pointed pumps I believe are from Gianvito Rossi but so far I haven't been able to find a picture proving it. Have you? Simple as her hairstyle was, Mary accessorized her powerful look with diamond studs, her usual three diamond rings two of them from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen, a Dulong Fine Jewelery bracelet and of course the thing we all noticed as the first one -her new circle necklace. With some help from PernilleKate and the designer herself I can tell that Mary is wearing a medium size, 18 ct. white gold necklace with 23 diamond from Katerina Pitzner. It can be worn short or long because of the adjustable chain. A stunning necklace I'm sure we will see again one day. Last but not least we have the fabulous Prada tote bag.

Crown Princess Mary attended a dinner with UNF Foundation of directors

I had been a really long day for Mary who began her day early in the morning with a meeting with
Morning Plenary: A Girl's and Women's Lens on the SDG's. With many different impressions throughout the day, it wasn't over yet. About an hour or so before she attended the dinner at Odd Fellows Palace in Copenhagen, she had given a speech and attended the Champions Award ICRW, where she also handed over awards to Jill Sheffield and Melinda French Gates. Working for about ten hours, Mary arrived to Odd Fellows Palace not that far from her own home at Frederik VIII's Palace, Amalienborg. Mary was not the only guest of honor at the dinner, also former Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland, former Development Cooperation Christian Friis Bach, Red Cross Secretary General Anders Ladekarl and United States Ambassador in Denmark Rufus Gifford were present according to Billed Bladet. The dinner had been organized by the UN Foundation.

Arriving to the dinner, was Mary beautifully dressed in a new causal black dress featuring puffed sleeves and buttons on her back which has now been identified as Heartmade Julie Fagerholt (Winter Holiday 2015) thanks to Kate. Maybe not the most impressing we have seen but it really does not matter. I like its simplicity and elegancy. A little 70s inspired. With the embellished belt she really embraced the evening style. Really beautiful! To keep everything matching, she was wearing the chic Gianvito Rossi pumps featuring pointed metallic cap toe. Like during the day, she chose her Prada leather tote and diamond studs. One great way to end a really long and successful day in Copenhagen.

Two days down, two to go.

It is here; the 4th Women Deliver Conference 2016 has arrived to Denmark. Was it a year or two ago it was announced that the international conference would come to Copenhagen? And now it's finally here. Since then I imagine how much planning there must have been to do; things to get in order. For sure this is not something that happens over night. Committed to everything that has been going, has Mary been a part of the process. She has participated in pre-events, meetings and all kinds of preparation the day, where she is standing on the stage welcome everybody with the words: "I - and I believe I also speak on Behalf of Denmark - WE are truly honored to host Such an ambitious and action-driven conference." Because that was exactly what she did yesterday around 4:30 pm. local time in front of 5,500 participants from over 169 different nations all over the world. They are all in Denmark to attend the Women Deliver Conference 2016. Before Mary, as patron of the conference, entered the stage and gave an impressive opening address, she attended several events among others with the Maternity Foundation and Young Leaders here accompanied by Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway, which whom she arrived to Bella Centre in Copenhagen early in the morning. The many speakers clearly impressed the two royal women such as they were impressed by them. At 4 o'clock it was time for Mary to officially open the conference. She arrived along with her husband Crown Prince Frederik, Princess Benedikte and Princess Mabel of the Netherlands. Like never before; was the Crown Prince Couple popular, especially Mary. Frederik expressed that he is proud of her, like I believe we all are. She was clearly overwhelmed by everything going on such as inspired by the people she has met so far participating in the conference.

To represent Denmark at such a prominet conference is one thing but Mary is also the patron which means she is not only just representing her own country but everything the Women Deliver Conference stands for: that investment in girls and women, makes a difference to everybody. This takes a sophisticated and polished look which I differently think Mary hit spot on with the Hugo Boss (BOSS Black) floral skirt, white pleated blouse possibly from By Malene Birger and short Prada jacket. An outfit we have seen before at a meeting with the UNFPA, here she met with Executive Director of UNFPA Dr Babtunde Osatimehin, where Foreign Minister Kristian Jensen also attended like he did yesterday. To match the rest of the outfit she wore a pair of two-colour statement earrings I haven't been able to indemnify even though she has worn them at several occasion before this one. The lack pictures makes it a little difficult for me to tell about the round colourful brooch on her chest but I guess it's some kind of batch brooch with Women Deliver's logo. To carry her opening address, pen and paper, Mary had chosen the caramel leather bag from Ralph Lauren. And on her feet she embrace the style with a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps which made the outfit complete. I'm pretty sure she is also wearing a multicolour bracelet from Dulong Fine Jewelry. A strong and power look, like the woman wearing it!
